Seriously...I'd love to run my own restaurant. Nothing extravagant, just a breakfast & lunch place in the mountains.

* More pay
* Better management
* A half-decent budget
* An actual office so I don't get industrial deafness from a 30-odd fans next to me

and without:

* having inherited a rubber bands and chicken wire setup.

I would love to be a bartender :D Maybe not as a full-time occupation... but it would make a nice change from being a receptionist for the summer!!!
