Last show of the season
 

Today's the last day. I got some pics before the judging starts. :)

Guess what? We have a new member!
Darogle joined and is trying his hand at the artistic competition.
He's pretty darn good too. In fact a little too good. lol
Yeah thats all I need is more competition. :p
Anyways here's his design. :)

Here's my entries. Now we get to sit on our hands and wait it out til 1pm again. That's the hardest part........the waiting. :hair:

I'm already heartbroke tho. My VERY BEST one I just knew was gonna win............I broke it trying to get it in the Blazer. :bang:

I envy your talent, the best I can grow is a truly magnificent mould.

My SO ditches them before I can get them to competition grade, so I understand

the pain of the lost winner.

The orange on is the only one of them I like..but it should be in a bamboo or asian inspired container

That stand was a candleholder. I ground the tip off where the candle attaches and took a glass bowl and attached it with floral clay. It stands 20" tall. I wouldn't go any higher because the judges need to see the flowers at eye level or below. Yeah the guys at the show were ribbing me about how big it was. They said next time they would bring a ladder so I could work on it. :rofl:

BTW.... Jay-t I emailed you a pic of one I thought was pretty neat.
