Just outta curiousity.. I was wondering how members here are parents?

I myself have been recently a father for the first time and am learning lots of new things like the #1 rule to changing diapers... stay off to the side :)

must be a boy congrats and welcome to the wonderful world of parenthood ....sans any kind of directions for what to do.

Yep I am one myself. My son is 6 and lives with me. He started school this year.

I have a 13 year old daughter. I also do child care so changing diapers is a never ending joy for me. :rolleyes2

Have a son and daughter 15 months apart. He’s a New Years Eve baby and she was an April Fools Day surprise. With mama’s birthday on Valentine’s Day, I had little problem remembering birthdays.

Not a parent myself, though I have lots of nieces/nephews and a few kids (who belong to friends and such) that refer to me as a second mom.

Life brings unexpected turns and I think it's great that you all have that joy in your lives!! I'm grateful to friends and family who allow me to share in some of theirs! (and then I get to go home to my own place). :D

Congrats on your new addition! My husband and I have a son who just turned 6 this January.

I have two daughters the youngest is 28.

Yep. Four boys and three girls ... and now, two granddaughters and three grandsons. :)

I have 1 10 year old son.... tho he THINKS he is wiser beyond his years...

I used to have to step-children, one of each, 19 and 18, and one that i thought was mine..but that is a looooooooonnnnnnnnggggggggg story!

One of each for me: Son = 5, Daughter = 3. For me, being a parent has been the most rewarding experience of my life, by far. Challenging at times, for sure, but rewarding. Good Luck!

2 boys...one just turned 22, the other 13 & strangely shows more maturity than his big brother...

Two daughters: 18 and 22 yrs.......... both in college. Ouch!!

Treasure every minute, they grow up so fast.
