This is mainly a question for women, but men can answer too....

Ladies, when you have an orgasm.....either by sex or masterbation....can you have another any time soon? Are there things you do to get the next one going? I have only had a multiple a few times in my life. But once I have one O , I seem satisfied and don't try again....maybe that's the problem.

Just curious.

When I'm alone, I'm like you...usually feel satisfied enough after one to not keep going on to another. For me, when having sex, most often the multiple orgasm comes from my husband's persistant attitude that one is never enough ;) He knows when to let the first big one start to slip away before bringing on the next one...and when to carry me through that oh my god moment and keep on going, even though my body thinks I'm finished :D

I'm usually too sensitive to keep going, so it really doesn't feel good to try again. I used to have a problem having more than 1 orgasm in like a 12 hour shift. It would take forever to happen, and I'd be more sore than anything afterwards, and not at all satisfied.

Now, I can usually orgasm at least 3 or 4 times a day, sometimes more.

Sound kinda crude but need to toughen up that sweet pussy then it won't get so sore. A very regular active sex life will help with that. My opinion only!

I don't have multiples often. I need to have a quick rest inbetween. It just feels sore if not! MY boyfriend insists on the "one is not enough" theory as well...so I never get to rest too long.

I'm a multiple girl, once is almost never enough... I wish it were tho, because I'm sure I must wear my partner out. Hmmm, maybe that's why I don't have a partner at the moment. After each orgasm, I need a few seconds with no contact, and then I'm ready to go again. After the third time, they start almost overlapping.

Certainly if you would like to experience having multiples, everybody's suggestions would be worth a try. But don't think there is anything wrong with you if your body is usually happy with one fantastic one. Many women fall into that category, and it's just as normal as the multiples are for others. I have always hated marathon sex sessions, frankly. A series over the course of the day is better, and I have multiple orgasms per day, only during actual sexual activity can I have multiples, and I have them in a series (I call them aftershocks ;) ), and then I'm done. Follow its guidance. Let it tell you when it is content and finished. Pushing it past that becomes performance, which involves expectation, which closes your mind and creates resentment. Over time, that resentment will remove the pleasure.

This isn't very clear, I'm sorry. What I mean to say is, I prefer to have several sexual encounters with my partner, thoughout the day. I may orgasm each time, but not usually multiples during that sexual encounter. When I do have multiples, it is usually as a series that go like "aftershocks" and then I am done... I don't have sex, orgasm, have more sex, orgasm again, have more sex, orgasm again.

Each person is unique, only your body can tell you when YOU are pleased and satiated. Listen to your body, love it, appreciate it. Honor the message it is sending to you, by listening to it.
