What do you think?

Lilith 05-22-2003 07:01 AM

I thinks it is the perfect thing for a summer wedding...

if you are a porn star or hooker :D:D:p

skipthisone 05-22-2003 07:05 AM

I think it is just right...as long as she is going home with me :D

Casperr 05-22-2003 07:22 AM

In the words of Morpheus: Try not to think of it in terms of right and wrong......

I think it's fine, depending on the wedding. I would probably not want it for my wedding, purely because my parents, grandparents, family etc would not approve. But, if it was a quiet thing with people who wouldn't have a problem with it, I think it's great! :)

huntersgirl 05-22-2003 07:28 AM

Well SHE looks absolutely incredible. So in my book it is very right. I guess it would really depend on the situation. It is their day afterall, so to each their own!:D

FussyPucker 05-22-2003 07:36 AM

I wouldn't wear it to my wedding :D

could you imagine if you were standing next to her and the dude says "do you take this woman to be your wife?"

your reply would have to be...."Look at her! Do you really even need to ask?!?!?!" ;)

skipthisone 05-22-2003 07:38 AM

Know what i like about it...the pony tails...that is just a good indication of what is to come later that night...

..hang on...

Lilith 05-22-2003 07:42 AM

makes ya wanna do more than kiss the bride;)

jogan 05-22-2003 07:43 AM

I think she is gorgeous - and obviously a model. Not for everday use !

White Noise 05-22-2003 07:44 AM

I'll second that Lilth

White Noise 05-22-2003 07:45 AM

Whoops, missed an i - sorry

Steph 05-22-2003 09:25 AM

My mother would have a heart attack if I wore that to the wedding!

babybunny 05-22-2003 10:15 AM

That would still be overdressed in a Betazed wedding (Star Trek thing - the entire wedding party goes nude - I hear it HAS been done in the real world, just extremely rare).
I wonder if it inspired what babybunny says she saw pictures of, or if they just did that being naturalists of their own accord.

Sharni 05-22-2003 12:41 PM

Right or Wrong....hmmmmm

Neither....is she feels the need to wear that....well then its all cool :D

WildIrish 05-22-2003 01:06 PM

I'm suprised they make it in white.

LMAO! :D

Loulabelle 05-22-2003 02:19 PM

Well for once I'm going to go all moral on everyone:

It depends what kind of wedding it is.

If it's in Church then it is wrong! You really shouldn't go into Church with your arms/ shoulders uncovered. I hate to see strapless wedding dresses in church too. It's just disrespectful. Then again I still won't go to a Church service with my head uncovered either.

For the record: I'm not a Christian and for this reason I think I feel strongly about not wanting to disrespect the Christian place of worship. Just in the same way that I wouldn't go into a Hindu temple with my ankles showing. It's rude in the extreme.

darkangel37 05-22-2003 02:59 PM

I wouldn't complain if my oter half turned up to the wedding looking like that!

airhog 05-22-2003 05:21 PM

Hmm If my bride looked like that and wore that, I would never make it too the wedding, we would go straight too the honeymoon :D

Wildeye 05-22-2003 07:05 PM

Right or wrong?

I guess that's one wedding you would not forget easily - did anyone ask the priest?

I'm not sure the Pope would smile.

Wildeye

ps prefer something more traditional myself, u know like taking her kit of after the ceremony.

PantyFanatic 05-22-2003 09:32 PM

wrong! Wrong! WRONG! All WRONG!

The bride is suppose to have a bouquet, not a single flower.

jennaflower 05-22-2003 09:42 PM

Perfect...

If I had that body.. and I were getting married (again) I sure the hell would.. :)

BIBI 05-22-2003 10:34 PM

I personally never have liked ruffles!

ericthered 05-23-2003 02:37 AM

What a no-brainer - of course it's right if she is feeling happy about it. Question is, why are some of our Pixie ladies - all pearls beyond price - so uncertain about it?

Why not?
Is God offended by shoulders? Do they somehow remind Him/Her of some whoopsie he made back in the Creation?
Or is that some sort of "Man will have sinful thoughts if he see Woman-skin" type deal? Is it supposed to stop blokes getting boners in the Sermon?

I'm not meaning to be rude or insensitive, and I'm not attacking you Loulabelle... just trying to understand the reasoning behind such a belief.

I'm always a little sceptical about a God who worries more about the clothes you wear than the way you treat people.

dicksbro 05-24-2003 04:17 AM

I thought the ruffled straps were a bit much. ;)

(I suppose some people do like to overdress.)

Grumble 05-25-2003 05:39 AM

she is wow!! what a wonderful stunning bride.

I can see nothing wrong with her being dressed like that, how is it offensive? She is dressed to her best. I would have no problems in my future wife meeting me at the altar dressed like that

I agree entirely Caspar! And it's one of the reasons I'm not a Christian! But if I'm in a place where there are people who would be offended or feel it was disrespectful to their beliefs then I'll go by their guidelines.

I'm sure that if you went into a synagogue (no matter what your religion) and was asked to cover your head, then you would. It's common courtesy to respect the cultures of other religions.

Incidentally, if I ever get married I WILL NOT be marrying in Church - because it's not a religion that I subscribe to.

White Noise 05-27-2003 06:51 AM

As I said to someone:

If I was a guest at the wedding - it's right, if I was the groom, it may be wrong (but I'd like it), if I was the priest it is very wrong (but eye opening!)

lakritze 05-28-2003 10:57 PM

It would make for a very interesting traditional dollar dance.

Lilith 05-29-2003 06:07 AM

oh! lmao @lakritze

blastpdb 05-29-2003 11:30 PM

I've got a dollar

manmachine 05-30-2003 01:20 AM

A pic from the ceremony.............

Cheyanne 06-01-2003 10:19 PM

I would have to say the the first pic of the dress wouldn't suit me at all, but if someone else would want it at her wedding I say go for it... it is your day.

And Lil.. once granny gets done talking to whomever she is talking with across the isle and takes a gander up front... LOL someone in the crowd better know CPR LOL

White Noise 06-05-2003 07:01 AM

Clearly Lilith's is from that little known movie "And I married a Porn Star"

naughtyeddie 06-15-2003 02:35 PM

i dont think it is the type of wedding photos i would want to show my kids and grand kids.

GingerV 06-15-2003 03:39 PM

So, what I'm hearing was I was the only one who assumed it was a costume for bringing home and playing with....not a proper (or even improper) wedding dress.

Blushing now.

White Noise 06-23-2003 06:43 PM

I think it was a 'dress up' costume...still, ya never know!
