This is a thread about package 1, which I hope someday makes its way to me...so I'll make this brief.

The last thing we need to do -- in the midst of so much sadness and suffering thanks to Iraq, Katrina, and Rita -- is to pick on one another. That's the type of verbal abuse that makes other sites untenable to me.....and which Pixies has only been occasionally guilty of.

I personally enjoy jseal's humor. He's a grown man and doesn't need me to defend him....but I will say one more thing. Every time you define being an intelligent person and bringing up topics of conversation which might actually spark THOUGHT as discourteous you make ME feel unwelcome at Pixies. And you guys are the closest thing to my family away from home.

I cannot even express to you how sad I felt when I clicked on this thread -- one I eagerly watch -- FIRST after two days gone from the site, and found my long-time Pixies friends attacking each other.

Aren't we better than this?

I think if people have personal issues with someone, it would be better taken off the boards. It's the same few people bickering consistently and while I enjoy your posts regularly, the petty squabbles become annoying and disruptive to the typically amicable flow of this place.
