I keep letting him come back for another chance...and just end up getting my heart broken. :(

(((((((LarryL))))))) I think that living to a certain age seems to bring with it regrets from choices made years before ..... some big and some seemingly irrelevant to anyone but ourself. Sounds like a pretty big regret you have to deal with .... but there must also be many things that you have done in the last 30 years that have brought you to be the outstanding, caring, giving, empathetic man that you are and may not have become without the situation. The past will always have regrets and missed opportunities attached to it, but there is aways today and tomorrow and all the tomorrows to come where you can start the process of moving to a different place in your life, either to approach the existing situation differently or come to a decision to change the path that you have been on ... either way, it seems obvious to me that you will not do so on a whim, but rather with well reasoned thoughtfulness and do the best you can to keep the damage minimal in your life and the lives of those who are close. Feel free to PM me if you need to unload. :)

I wait until the warning light goes on before I get gas for the car.

Ok, so it's not earth shattering, but if I start down the road of important things I have done that are stupid...well, it's a long road and I didn't get enough rest last night to start walking down it.

The stupid things I do is let someone I care about say something like that and not yell at them for thinking that way!!!!!

Every day you open your eyes is a gift...sometimes it is hard to realize this and at times we are hurt and confused...but YOU are around for a reason! It's either to bring someone joy (which you have to me) or to be someones love. You have family that loves you!

I hope you soon can be happy again. If I never ask for anything else....that would be it!

I've been known to drive in neutral for a while until I can get to a gas station. :D My excuse is that there aren't any gas stations close by since more than 80% of the 'hood is carless.

Hurt myself, I have been super accident prone recently. Very unlike me normally, but I look like I have been beaten with all the cuts and bruises on me right now!

Jinx the day when I post "It's a quiet day" and then boom, it gets noisy. :)

I've done that too many times to count!

WildIrish 07-19-2004 09:40 AM

I've kept vodka in the freezer, then forgotten about it only to rediscover it when I attempt to put another bottle in!

Putting liquor in the freezer and forgetting about it. Is there a pattern here? LMAO

Steph 07-19-2004 11:14 AM

Vodka and the like isn't so bad. I know quite a few people who keep vodka or rum in the freezer full time. Beer freezes and sometimes it's just a slushy foam for a long time.
