Some would argue that death is surrendering....Though I never said that he surrendered, I said traditionally the sword was surrendered. His sword could have been taken as proof of his death.

His head was more effective.

But still...Teach's personal sword (or one of his personal swords), or not? Yeah, we'll probably never know definitively.

Lord Snow 01-18-2011 04:42 PM

I will concede to admitting that it may or may not have been Blackbeard's sword. It's definitely possible that it might or might not have been probably not quite but almost his sword....?

That was, or maybe was not, a nice thing to say, PF. :D

Lord Snow 01-19-2011 06:32 AM

It was unless it wasn't depending on how I may or may not choose to receive said statement. At this time the situation is unclear, so we will put together a committee to gather more intelligence and then decide on such matters. Until further notice we as a whole have no comment.

Oldfart 01-19-2011 08:53 AM

I volunteer myself, DB and that Panty bloke, to sit on the steering committee which will establish the parameters for the enquiry terms which will lead to the mission statement for the committee tasked with the feasability study on the possibility of creation of a sub-committee to explore the limitations of the proposed committee.

Lord Snow 01-19-2011 05:11 PM

I second this proposed movement in an effort to ensure the feasibility of a committee to explore the possibly of the specific item that is currently under question. However, upon this note we will then have to file an injunction so as to find the funds for such a movement. This will require the formation of a study group to investigate the possibility of a case study in order to discover the ramifications of either possible conclusion on said subject matter. Once this has been concluded, supposing the results are positive, we will then perform said case study to ensure that any results of said study are positive.

What time is lunch? :p

Lord Snow 01-19-2011 08:51 PM

In answer to the question of lunch and the time thereof, first we must define the word in coherent terms of understanding. For this we must turn to another body of government so as to not risk infringement upon any and all civil liberties. Second we must consult our expects to be certain of the verification of the existence of time and the quantities of such an abstract though process.

I should run for office. I'm getting good at this.

Answer One:-

Before I answer this I will have to liaise with the Bureau of Weights and Measures to ascertain which is the appropriate time to quote, and whether the creep in Siderial Time due to the supernova in Casseopia has been factored in.

Answer Two:-

Lunch time.
