I would hate to see a REAL issue in your life! I also don't understand one thing - you go from one extreme to another. If these are god complex surgeons on one hand how are they backwards southerners the next? That seems like a contradiction and certainly an insult to one or both groups.

It really seems like a lot of nothing considering all the real problems in the world.
