nikky1979---I don't know,the legalities,in England,but my youngest daughter,bought a house,last year.It had an apartment,
upstairs,& the people that lived there,had a contract.The stipulation,with the previous owner,was that she had to honour
their contract,until it was expired! Irish

irish, under this contract he CANNOT sell the house untill were gone and can only show it a month before we leave , and he cannot make us leave early. so hes screwed and yet still tryin to screw us ,im seriously worried hes gonna show the house while im gone and ill come back to missing items . alot of stuff is gonna be stored at englishlushes house but i cant very well put it all there and my memory aint good enough to know whats missing till i go to use it LOL
