Steph..the "Thin Mints" are girlscout cookies..and the bluebell Icecream is a brand around here that is supposed to taste "homemade" and I LOOOOOOVE their dutch chocolate!

i made some thin mints a while ago and i can honestly say they are BETTER than the GS ones. :p....prolly about twice the calories though - cause they're about twice as big. :D i'm down to one and a half left. :(
