Well I think that it is foolish to dress inappropriately for the weather.
Choice of clothing is best based upon the need for either warmth or protection. The preference is to hang as close to the outside world as possible.

I go either way. Most of the time I were undergarments. My SO ALWAYS wears some, so that would be a huge surprise and turnon if she didn't. I usually get so excited about not wearing any that it causes me problems for not wearing them.

I love trying to determine if a woman is wearing any or not. The tight styles these days makes that a fun activity. I love catching a thong! WooHoo!
