chili and cornbread

Considering it's almost 4pm and I still haven't had lunch, my dinner will be my lunch. :)

Last night I roasted a chicken & shredded the meat over a spinach & mushroom salad with ho'made lime-garlic dressing.

And DAMN does chili sound great!

homemade chicken nuggets tossed in terriyaki or bbq sauce w/ a side of tater tots. my hubs has a 2nd job working at the local Hooters Sports Bar and is learning all the ins and outs of frying up chicken and cooking that he has never done before.

WI that salad sounds yum 'cept hold the fungus.

Tonight, it's chicken curry. I'll have it over rice and Mrs. WI will have it on a bed of mixed greens.

Sans fungus. :p

Dunno, just finished breakfast.

Last night was chilli night. My oldest son made it for us. Very good. (He's a very good cook!)
