No Callie, you shouldn't be worried...he's married to YOU, he makes love to YOU, and my experience with men and porn is that they'll take what they can get....which means, most of the time airbrushed skinny little things with big plastic breasts!

Don't take it as a reflection on yourself...if women of 'normal' proportions showing their naked bits were less taboo (and the reason they are taboo is, in my opinion, because the sexier something is, the more 'obscene' it is) then I believe most men would choose to look at the naked bits of a woman who had some meat on her bones.

Wouldn't you agree boys?

BigBear57 09-09-2005 10:33 PM

Absolutely Lou!

cool thanks. I just worry sometimes... especially lately. Though i know it is cause I am pregnant that it is actually bothering me. I have clinical depression and this is "where"(meaning sexual things) it "hits" me worst. No idea why.

I am not a supermodel or porn star....and I have my quota of jiggly bits....but I've never been tossed out of bed. ;) Confidence has a lot to do with it -- if you believe you are beautuful you most likely are.

And pregnant women have extra reasons to be beautiful!!!! So smile, and be sexy.

((((callie))))

Callie691 09-10-2005 08:26 AM

Well thanks osuche. (((osuche))) right back at ya. i can try the "sexy thing." But it is hard to when i am over eight months pregnant! LOL

Lilith 09-10-2005 08:33 AM

Callie that's the point. No trying is necessary. You are your most womanly right now, today. You are ripe.;) Doing that which only women can do. It's the epitome of being feminine and sexy.

BigBear57 09-10-2005 08:46 AM

If your guy is like me, he sees you as the most beautiful creature on earth right now. You're carrying the future inside you. That little cherub will be a shining light in both your lives. Love personified. The glow of motherhood may be hard for you to see as sexy but it is.

(((((((Callie))))))) Congrats on the baby! :line:

I think jealousy is normal & what's awesome is that you're questioning it. You realize it's an ugly emotion but you are justified in feeling the way you are. Our media consists of AIRBRUSHED images. I sometimes look at "Cosmo" & feel obese but what is it the t-shirt says? "Only eight women in the world have supermodel bodies"?

It bugged me that the last guy I lived with had porn consisting mostly of file names with the word 'teen' in them. :rolleyes2 I was jealous and, most of the time, I would think about it and become rational, however I knew my hackles rose mainly because I was 29 & he was 24. It parallels your feelings as a "growing mama" :D with his "choice" in porn.

And, to agree with BigBear57 for the 64,000th time this year, most of the porn available is for "Barely Legal!111!!!!" ;) & for some reason, society's porn providers (and the profit margin, one must assume) have provided us with very skinny women for us to fantasize about at all times.

I sometimes look at Pam Anderson and marvel at her tiny hips. She's genetically blessed but somehow decided that her body would be enhanced by doubling her weight by adding PDFs on her upper torso. She has admitted that it was a retarded thing to do but would she have the money she has now if it weren't for those breasts?

*sigh*

I love Pixies people because they know the world is nicely viewed with red-coloured glasses but realize reality is also a pretty cool option.

Lixy, do you have any oxygen left?

I'm just gonna ditto what the smart lady ^^^ said.

Turn the thing around in your head....we girls, for the most part, aint living with holidwood heartthrobs. But we find our guys unspeakably sexy all the same. What we choose for our day to day lives means more than what we might want as a pinnup.

And I know for a fact that my guy, at least, would rather have pictures of me in those outfits and poses...for all that I'm a normal, curvey, droopy, tan line showing female ;). He's not choosing those porn star posers by preference, he's stuck with them as second best ;).
