$3.53 at the Pilot station in Franklin KY last night.

Damn right I filled up there, even tho I still had over 1/2 tank full...

I'm not sure how wonderful this 'roll-back' is. A year ago a gallon of petro cost me $3.00. I think this is just the back stroke. Stay ready for another slam in the ass.

$3.79 is what I paid yesterday in E. Peoria.

Effin' weird. One station was trying to sell it for $4.29/gallon. Down the street, $4.05/gallon.

And the claim is that the national average has finally dropped below $4.00/gallon.

That's approx .67 Euros per liter, if you'd rather deal with different units.

In town, the V6 struggles to get the man.est. 19 MPG...of course, with the 90+ degree days running the A/C is a must, & yet I can still wring out about a quart, sorry, litre of sweat from the back of my shirt. Once in a while a road trip gets me 20+ MPG on the highway.

Have I ever mentioned my impeccable timing? Last year I figured, how bad could it be going from a four to a six?

The car we took to Nashville avereated 27.4 overall on the trip ... dipping to 21 or 22 for around the town driving.

There was a mad rush tonight at my station because rumor has it gas will jump anywhere from 50 cents to $1.00 by tomorrow. This sooooo cuts into my bonus! :mad:

Gas jumped 25cents this morning, up to $3.99 a gal.
