Whew - am I ever glad I came across this thread....thought it was just the same computer problems I was having at work today that followed me home! Not only was the email down most of the day but I had to reboot several times just to get into my folders.

Sure hope the IT folks can figure this out - I miss being able to be a smart ass with a smilie!

thank goodness i can start to feel normal again, well nearly, the av is back from the cleaners but my smillies are still taking a hard earned break

I'm glad to know it's not my computer. I ran some kind of cleanup program a week or two ago and ended up losing a lot of stored graphics and Incredimail stationery. It deleted any file I had that started with the "~". I was beginning to wonder if it had done any further damage. Any idea when we might get our smilies back? No rush, just morbid curiosity.

Well, it’s been a week now. Are we Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.’s Stepchild? :(
