well talking about the yahoo size limit if we all pay atenion to what we are doing we can setup our own photo folder and put our pics there. just need to remember to remove the older ones adn or try to keep the pic sise as small as posible the problem is we wount be able to but a lot of info with each pic the way we are used to.

Good point Cheyanne. But I don't think anyone's going to object to a secondary forum to supplement whatever might go on, the way the chatroom now, on somebody else's IRC network, is an addition to and supplement of the existing website (i.e. it's pixies, even if it doesn't share the same IP hostname).

I look at the Yahoo group as a lifeboat in case the big boat does go down (using Eliza's observation from another thread).

I totally agree with Dadaist's comments as well. It might not all be in one place but it still Pixies.

I also agree with CasperTG's suggestions in the other thread... again, it involves a split in the forum.. I would be happy to just have a discussion forum (no pics). I know that Pixies would not be the same without the "pix" part, but I would still get to interact with all the highly varied personalities that have come to make this more than just a simple forum... and that would be good enough for me.

I agree wholeheartedly, MilkToast! I know for some the pictures were the main reason for them being at Pixies. But for me it has always been the discussion forums, and the games forum, and the stories. I did check the pix on occasion, but I can certainly live without them.
