Well, (blushing terrribly as I write this) I make a lot of.... sounds... There are some "oh god" 's in there, and some "yes yes yes", but a lot of what comes out of my mouth can't really be written down, or even repeated out loud without a lot of blushing( like I am right now....)

I don't say much, but I have been known to giggle a good bit in the first stages. It unnerved my boyfriend at first, but once he realized I wasn't laughing at him, he was fine. Now he says the inner movements that laughter creates sometimes add to the sensation.
