There are many that make me cry because I am so into music and am easily sucked into the song but the one that hits me the hardest is Go Rest High On That Mountain by Vince Gill

Memory, from Cats
The Dance, Garth Brooks
Bright Eyes from Watership Down (cant remember original artist)
And the song that totally freaks me out and makes my skin creep, is Vienna by Ultravox, (skin creeping just thinking about it! yak!!)

"Angel" by Sarh MacLaughlin (played it at my brother's funeral -- still can't bring myself to listen to it!!)

"Return to Innocence" - Enigma

"Streets of Philadelphia" and "Secret Garden" -- Bruce Springsteen

and almost every sappy love song ever made!!!

I cant remember the name of it but it was about a crippled boy on the CB who asked for a ride in an 18 wheeler and there were heaps of trucks lined up. A classic tear jerker but it got me cos I am such a softy where kids are concerned. I can't bear to watch a movie where a kid is killed or dies, I get really upset.

Wanda dont worry i have seen Taps make grown men cry. Another one for me is A Song for Mama cause it always makes me think of my Grandmother. And last but not least i can listen to the first few words of a song my best friend wrote about us and tear up because it is so true. Wish i could but she wont let me post a copy here. But its the best song in the whole world

Heres some of the songs that hit me that have been said already..
Tears in heaven--Eric Clapton
Because you love me--Celine Dion
Wind beneath my wings (school memorial for a good friend, wrote a 4 page poem for his family)
Go Rest High On That Mountain by Vince Gill (song played at great grandmothers funeral)

One that hasnt been posted...
Dont take the girl--Tim McGraw

Taps--when I was in basic training and this was played at night when we were supposed to be in the bed, I got out of bed and stood at attention out of respect of those who lost their lives. On many occasions Ive shead a tear over this song because of what it stands for. I get chills just thinking about it.

Sing me back home by Merle Haggard. This is one of my Dad's favorites and he's getting on up in age.Every time I hear it I think of how lucky I am to have had my dad as long as I have. There are so many clueless people in this world that they forget about family. Without my family I'm nothing.

Oh. My. God. This is my favourite song in the universe. I often play it on the piano on a rainy Sunday afternoon:

Well the sun is surely sinking down
But the moon is slowly rising
So this old world must still be spinning 'round
And I still love you

Sung by James . . . it's so mournfully beautiful!
