15 partners, 13 years.......
that still gives me better than 1 to 1,
unfortunately the years keep going by and the partners have stopped increasing

being the geek in the group... 6/8 = 0.75 ppy (partners per year), you had the math turned on its head ;)

oh... yeah, I forgot... in my case it would be something like 0.2ppy (though for a stretch in there it was a whopping 0.0 :()
