Yeah, but only for the moment. My girlfriend still can't get her team of doctors to coordinate for the surgery she's been needing, literally for years now.

Take one battle at a time. When this is completely in the book, lay plans for the next.
Glad this one looks like a winner.:line:

Oh, but the once-and-future's girlfriend's problems started before the mammal I married's problems. They've just continues for all of that time.

Haven't been able to get hold of her lately about it, either.Last I head, there was a partial solution, but she needs a complete one.

We'll keep our fingers crossed and good wishes coming until you let us know that everything's in good shape. Glad the surgery went good. Hadn't realized it was out-patient, but, the good wishes never hurt in any case.

Fan-fucking-tastic, my girlfriend C (not the once-and-future-girlfriend, whom I was speaking about earlier) nearly ended up in the ER last night. Only reason she didn't is she couldn't get hold of the neighbors for transport-and I tired to send her cab mney by PayPal, but she apparently doesn't have a PayPal account.

Polyamory is great, except when all your SOs end upin the hospital, or should be there at the same time.

And no, I really didn't get any sleep last night, why do you ask?

The mammal I married got her biopsy results back from the lab yesterday: benign.

But I talked to the once-and-future girlfriend again last night. A lot f the problem is that what she needs is, it turns out, a highly specialized form of surgery, so getting a team of three doctors, who are competent in this specialization, and work at the same facility, and can coordinate their schedules is seemingly insurmountable.

Now that's a herd of raw mooses.

And another call Friday from her: nearly ended up in the ER for a transfusion; don't know what made the go/no go decision, but I'm kinda glad she didn't, this is not something she will willingly submit to.
