I just use me cell phone. And only if it's really important. If it's semi-important it gets scrawled on a scrap sheet of paper somewhere on my desk.

So..I'm similar...I keep a lot in my head...some on my outlook calendar..some in a notebook. Guess it doesn't have much to do with Technology.

I use a frickin planner. Otherwise I'd get all my fricks mixed up with my fracks. And let's not even consider the frocks! Oh my! Thank goodness for my planner!

Actually, I really do use a planner. It helps me keep track of appointments all over the state and gives me a place to track mileage & make notes. I'd be lost without it.

I tend to use a dart board planer put everything up on the board then throw darts at it to figure out what I should do.

I used to use a Franklin Covey Planner but recently chose a smart phone with Windows Mobile on it that syncs up with my Outlook at work (Contacts, Calendar and Tasks). It is much easier to carry around with me on my hip than the planner. I also have an additional account on the phone that syncs up with my home laptop. Just got it in February and I love it. I am able to access WiFi for the internet as well as having a data plan. An alarm notification goes off as a reminder of appointments so I don't get distracted with other tasks which I have a tendency to do. I can also use it to remote into servers at work when I am not at a place that I can access a computer, but am able to access the net. It has PowerPoint on it and I can store a presentation on it and sync up to a computer and transfer my presentation over.
