Saturday should be a fun day ... Breakfast ... probably at the hotel or at the nearby Cracker Barrel; picnic by the Illinois River looking across at Peoria; dinner at Paddy O'Flaherty's; and, a couple of fun surprises tossed in for good measure. :)
