The Quebecois do the little kiss on both cheeks when they meet or part, as do many people of French descent. However, the Acadians don't, and I was not expecting GreenChef to kiss my cheek. So he leaned in and I thought, "Oh, he's kissing me! :D"... so I kissed back. And we kissed for a while. :D

He told me the next day he was not actually aiming for my mouth. :o
