THOSE AREN'T PILLOWS!! :yikes: :p I usually sleep on my back, then turn to my left or right sometime after I'm asleep. If I can't fall asleep right away, which happens with a fair amount of frequency, I will turn to whichever side seems 'right' at the moment. This can sometimes depend on the position of the Mrs. |
I start off on my back, then usually end up on my right hand side - in the foetal position, with my right hand tucked under my pillow and my left hand over the pillow.
|
I just realized last night that I really don't sleep in the position that I posted earlier. I do tend to go towards my right side but I keep my right arm underneath a pillow and have my legs slightly bent with my left hand between my knees. It's just the opposite if I'm on my left side.
It sort of made me think when I realized it. Of course I had just finished up two blenders full of strawberry daiquiris when I was pondering this but does anybody else find that their position is sort of an involuntary thing? |
I start on my left side with legs bent and my hands on top of the pillow, I'll switch to the right sometimes and lately I've also ended up on the back and I hate that. Can't sleep on the tummy long.

You're missing out! Two pillows block out the light and any noise. :p |

Would'nt that make it easier for Mrs. WI to smother you with? |

Who do you think suggested it? :roflmao: |
Till I was 15 (and really big bellied in the pregnant department) I slept on my stomach ALWAYS! One day...I was in my mom's room, chatting with her and forgetting the fact that I had a belly...and I fell onto her bed, face forward, as if I wasn't pregnant. The instant I hit the bed I flipped over and yelled to my mom, "Why didn't you remind me not to do that"?, like she had any control...lol!
Anyway...from that day on I could never sleep on my belly. Ohhhhhhhh...I miss doing that! I'm a right side, or left side now. Whichever side lets me stop thinking and drift off. I wake on my back at times...dunno why and I ache if I do! |
