If you have a kid that meets with 20-30 othere kids, that each come from a different place, 5 days a week for the next 16 years, it's a good bet :roflmao: |
I cant take my hair off and dry it in the sun...but believe me i'll be combing it for hours
I did contemplate shaving it off again...that'll fix em lol |
When my sis's kids were little they had it alot. Of course since my mom babysat I got it but my mom never did.
I've been lucky, my girl only had it once and since I knew what to look for from my sis's kids, I caught it right away and called the doc and got the good stuff for her. I had a waitress at the bar I managed yeas ago and her daughter kept getting it no matter how vigil she was with the washing and combing, turned out the school nurse was passing it around. |

LOLOL I had a prof who looked like Santa Claus with his white beard & longish white, curly beard who had to shave all after his kids brought the lovely critters home. |
Hi Sharni
I don't think there's many people with kids who haven't had to deal with the little devils. Mrs G mixes up a base oil, tea tree essential oil and vodka then puts that in the hair for 30 minutes, washes & combs that seems to get them. |
Many people in the south who do not want to be exposed to the pesticides use mayonaise on their hair overnight.

Well, yes, of course they suck...they're parasites with mouthparts that are specifically made to suck.

wow... talk about timely.... Mr 11 came home with them on Friday, he's been trying for the "long, scruffy look" well now he has the "just joined the army look"... number 2 all over!!!
We use a herbal mix... think tea tree oil... the Aussie nits, seem to be getting very strong against the chemical treatments... *scratch* |
