Over the top

When i worked at a hospital thats the way we HAD to do it *L*...complete with the triangle fold for the end :D

Over the top and if someone has put it on WRONG I will change it....kinda like I have to have all my paper money pointing in the same direction....geesh I'm so anal about some things...wait..is that a bad thing? :roflmao:

I've come to prefer over the top... but honestly living alone leads to some lazy habits. Sometimes the roll just sits on the edge of the sink. I always make sure it's in the holder before someone shows up. And the spares are always kept under the sink so no running about the house is necessary.

It's really the only civilized way.
