Hi! I too joined up at Pixies when I was underage, but I was only a few days early... I was scared ^^^ would ban me for the rest of my life if she caught me sneaking in!!!

Now almost 4 years later, I am a masters student in anthropology, living in Montreal.

I am Acadian. My first language is a really weird French dialect, but I am completely bilingual.

I love to eat!!!

I've been a member for a little over 4 years.
I like to dabble in creating music, photoshopping pictures, editing video, creating animated gif's... general multimedia kinda stuff.
I don't post as much as I used to, but I'm still here just about every weekday.
I work on computers for a living.
I have scads of pictures scattered about this site.
I like big butts... I cannot lie.

Hello Sassee, I've been around since 08/01, I know, don't believe everything you read(see Join date in corner). I will be 55 in June and am hoping to retire from my full time job, Maintenance for a K-12 school district. I have been married almost 30yrs and have one daughter(29). If you would like to know more, most of it is posted some where on Pixies or just ask. Oh yea, I also the one most likely to be ignored. ;)

FallenAngel5 03-23-2006 07:29 PM

Hey sassee, I lurk more than I post, but have been known to pop out every now and again. :) I'm 2 months from being 23, I'm a Master's student in Secondary Ed. Right now I'm student teaching in 8th grade, and I love it. I have a BA in Math, yes, math. I adore math, it is my passion.
My other passion is the basketball team at my university - which recently made it to the NCAA tournament for the first time in school history - and nearly made history against UConn last week.
I recently learned to knit, and I enjoy it very much. Oh, and I am a very proud New Yorker who is not from New York City. :)

Isn't that a Jewish holiday?

Don't exactly remember how I discovered Pixies, but I've been a member since May 15, 2002. Fell in love with the site and especially enjoy the Smut Games and pictures. It's a neat place to share with people and I feel like I (and my wife) have become friends with several. I like to think good friends.

I'm 62 years old and we have seven kids and six grandchildren. They mean the world to me. I retired in August of 2001 from my career position although I had a part time job for a couple of years.

I do a lot of charity and volunteer work and spend whatever time I can here at Pixies.

Looking forward to getting to know you better, Sassee, and hope you enjoy the site as much as a lot of us do. ;)

I've been a Pixies member now for almost 5 years (July). There is something special about this place...the people mostly...that I really like.

I am a native of South Florida who moved to Western NY state when my company made me the proverbial "offer I couldn't refuse".

I'm 40, been married now for 14 years, with children (10 and 6), and two dogs, three cats, and two horses.

I love to play golf and I enjoy fine dining and travel. I don't have many true friends but have many acquaintances...mostly cause my definition/standard of friend is very, very high.

I go to church fairly regularly though I am not fanatical.

When I am in public, I am very outgoing. When I am home, I tend to be a very private person.

Oh, and I am also a student of history...American History mostly though I am taking more of an interest in British History.

Welcum to Pixies!

Lilith - You're awesome for being so serious, and we love that you are! And I admire anyone who has the ability to work with kids, especially troubled kids, from the sound of it.
PixieSprite - Glad to know that I'm not alone in my sneaky behavior, and I too love to eat!
Aqua - You like big butts, eh? Well that works in my favor. I'm told I have a ghetto booty, and I often get complimented for it although I always feel as though the compliments are not being aimed at me because most of the time they are talking to said ass when they do it. ;]
jay-t - Hooray for high school sweethearts!
WI - Workaholic! ;]
Scarecrow - You shan't be ignored! <3.
FallenAngel5 - Math?! Yech. But maybe I'll come to you if I ever need help in Stats. ;] And like I said, I admire anyone with enough patience to teach kids, especially 8th graders!
DB - I too enjoy doing the Smut Games. :] In case you haven't noticed.
rabbit - I adoooore US history, but I don't have to take it in college so I've fallen behind on my interest in exchange for a subject I despise -- Chemistry. *grumbles* I'd love to study British history.

Again, thank you all for sharing with me. I can't wait to get to know each and every one of you better. :]

Something about me? Well, that could be a long story, & I don't like to prattle on long here, but...my 5th anniversary here is coming up in a couple months, I took a long break from the site while I battled with health problems, have been re-inventing myself since, or maybe more like getting back to the things I really set out to do in life...50th birthdays & a career dead end can do that to ya...getting back into playing in a band again with some other geezers my age...waiting for a decision on my disability appeal...trying to sell stuff on Ebay...& recently started trying to earn a little $$$ driving my minivan as an independant courier...I like to think of myself as a Renaissance Man, but that's just a nice way of saying I'm a jack of all trades, master of none...

Oh, did I mention I'm a born tit-watcher?

maddy 03-24-2006 07:49 AM

Let's see.... what to say about me...

I'm a transplant to New England, moved here in July of last year after spending three years in Texas and all my previous years were spent in the Midwest in a state people like to think is part of Canada. I haven't fully adjusted to New England and find myself missing Texas often enough.

I spent a few years making my career my life and letting everything else about my life slip away from me. It's had some good monetary rewards but I'm ready to have my life back now. I'm now struggling to find a balance of career and life. It's a slow process when you are used to just spending all your time at the office taking on more responsibility.

Which further reminds me, I don't say "no" well to people that I respect, admire, hold in high regard, etc. I try to please these people and sometimes that can be trying. But if I don't like someone, I have absolutely no problem saying "no" and typically I have an attitude that goes with that.
