I feel so much better we don't have to deal with the cannibal issue.

I saw these and tried to see if there was a place that sold them, but couldn't find anywhere. They are amazing.

They are unreal! I bet the artist must make a good living if she made it to snopes.com! :)

Wow, Lil! Thanks. Had no idea they were so pricey ... but they are beautiful. Some of those life-sized models were fantastic!

Edible or not, the craftsmanship in the detail is amazing :)

I noticed that they're sometimes made of silicon.

My sister makes these polymer babies. They are very popular and sell very well on ebay. Even ones that are butt ass ugly sell amazingly well. She showed me the same pics of those babies on ebay so I don't know what is up with them being made out of marzipan. The ones I saw that were exactly like that are made from clay.

Here is the link that my sister gave me to see what her new business venture is. http://search.ebay.com/search/searc...bies&category0=

I did the old Snopes search and found out that they are not marzipam but what you have stated TT....

Thank god in a way....I couldn't imagine sitting by and watching someone eating one lol.

Stunning talent nonetheless.

Lil, my mum has a life sized doll like that....she's so lifelike that when I see her I always have to cuddle her, and I find myself rocking her 'to sleep' without even realising what I'm doing!

Fussy and I have often thought about scaring you by posting a pic of me holding her - you wouldn't know she wasn't real!
