Sharni Go to Ulead.com I got my gif animater there as a FREE download. Don't know if they still have it but you can look. Its easy to use also.

Stolen Kisses Below is your picture resized to 106x120. I also made it into a button for you.
If you will go here http://www.irfanview.com/ you can download this program that I used to resize with. It is FREE.
