I took a whole class on this at work. It's really fascinating if you get into the deaper meanings. If I can find all of my matereals and anyone wants more info on this, I'd be glad to pass along what have. Just PM me. Learning this has allowed me to better understand why people do what they do.

I'm an INTJ and took this about 5 years ago in college as well... was the same then too, just some of my percentages have strengthened.

It's quite interesting, and I wish that somehow I could require this for anyone I hire. This is the kind of stuff that is helpful in building effective teams ... moreso than what college degree do you have and what kind of bull did you make up for experience on your resume to make you sound more talented than you are!
