yup! i myself addict to water as well. I drink more than 2 litters of water per day which is more than average. no wonder i look great! hehheheee

its reccomended to drink 150ml every hour you're awake. This works out at just less than 2 and a half litres a day for most people. Keeps bowel movements nice and healthy too!
