I still have a long list of classics that I'm slowly reading. I also like history. I have not read that much in the mystery or fantasy catagory.

Just read Philip Pullman`s " His dark materials " trilogy fantastic!! really brilliant!!! would recommend then the first book I could not put down literally and read it in a day! thats good going for me!

It's a shame the poll isn't multiple choice. I, for one, don't stick to just one genre. I have varied tastes. Sadly the only reading I do much of these days is done online. The minute I pick up a book and try to read I fall right asleep. Really pisses me off because I LOVE to read!

I'm reading a little bit of everything...although I admit to a weakness for Robert Ludlum and Tom Clancy.

I'm currently reading:
* Harvard Business Review on Management
* 12 Bad Habits that Hold Good People Back
* Marcus Aurelius
* "The Persian Boy" by Mary Stewart (historical fiction)

musketeer,

The classics. Not sure what group I should put them in.

Osuche.........I LOVE Mary Stewart!! What is The Persian Boy about? I read her Merlin series and loved it so much I've read it twice. I lost some of the books between a fire and moving and have been diligently trying to find them again in hardcover.

"The Persian Boy" is about Alexander the Great and his conquests of Persia and India. Very interesting and engaging -- I had to finish it in 2 days 'cause it drew me in!

I have recently also been reading C17th drill books to improve my skills as an offocer in a re-enactment group.

Sorry Sugarsprinkles I don't know how to make polls multi choice.

Jseal, I thought about adding classics but was distracted and forgot - sorry.
