Mrs. WI will never let me attempt to brine a turkey again. I might have to wait until after I kill her and bury her in the back yard to try that. Hopefully I'll remember the tip about a kosher bird. Thanks.

Uhm...no turkey. Husband is allergic to all kinds of fowl, fish, mushrooms. I'm vegetarian headed in a vegan direction.
