Yeppers!!! She would boil them up with the rest of the stuff and then cut them up into little pieces and plop them in with the gravy.....................

Boy, going back to grandmothers ... has to be bread and carmel rolls. Fridays used to be "baking day" at her home in Minnesota and all the family would show up to delight in a hot loaf of bread or some carmel rolls fresh from the oven. That was back when you could soak things in real butter and didn't have to feel guilty at all ... you know, the "good ol' days" :rolleyes: Those may be the only things more sinfully delicious then the "Cold Dog" I mentioned before.
