T-S......TY for the WB sweety! Salt Water Taffy? It's a chewy, gooey, sweet candy that is spun on spools to blend flavors and then twisted and individually wrapped....kinda like a Tootsie Roll.....only with many different flavors. PM me if you want me to send you a sample! *hugs*

I'm not a big candy eater and so on my visits to the US I haven't studied all the products. Is it toffee with chocolate liquid inside.
