Each morning.......when I wake.......my thoughts go to the day before and I smile! Whew! Made it through that one, even! And then I try and rise.....and my cat is fixed between my legs and so I shimmy my legs up and out of the covers and off the bed and I stand.......and then the cat jumps down to get in front of me!

This is how EVERY day of mine starts. Some improve....some go downhill. As I descend the stairs, I try and decide how it's gonna go.....and then.........it goes how it goes! Yep! Had those days too, Lil!

I decide what my day was like when it is over.... when I first lay in bed getting ready to sleep , replaying the events of that day... then I am not hindered throughout the day by thinking it is a "bad day".....
