We'd be friends for months, but, when I was away for a week, all I could think about was him...not the mention the first time I saw him smile at me. I melted.

What is the longest you have loved someone? It can be someone you are with or someone you aren't with.

I loved someone for more than thirteen years in an on-again, off-again relationship. I wish him the best still. I have also loved others in my life, to varying degrees. But the man, though, who captured my heart completely has only been in my life a relatively short while. Still, I think it's a case of quality vs. quantity.
