tonite i am making an apple wood smoked turkey breast just started smoking it about 30 minutes ago so 7 or 8 hours togo was kinda hard getting rolling papers big enuff but hey it had to be done

Made a Cajun flavored Butterball turkey breast and my own version of creamed spinach and sauteed onions. Yummy! :nod:

I think we're having left over lasagna.

I think tonight we're having steak, with potato salad and coleslaw! (I love cooking on my mom's budget!)

I'm having steak to night with baked potato and mushrooms.

I had pizza.

I had a Jumbo Jack. (Fast food 'Burger for those unfamiliar with Jack In The Box restaurants)

Chinese takeout.

I made broccoli cheddar soup for my mom and I - and she loved it! :D

For lunch today I had a nice dover sole, with mushrooms, anya potatoes and broad beans.

Got to go out early for choir practice, so supper will be a snack of bread and cheese, I think.

French Bread/ also warmed on the grill

It's payday, and I get off early.
