Wilderness's parents are coming for supper. I think I will make a broccoli cheddar soup to begin with, followed by breadcrumbed garlic shrimp with mushrooms in a cognac sauce over quinoa, with an insalata Caprese-inspired salad on the side. Bien arrosé de vin, bien sûr! :wine:

DB, it seems like she cooks stuff like that quite often, so I think we just need to stage a queue and show up.
