Actually this is a case of improvement. The synthetic cork can be produced with more uniform and better properties for the application than the natural product. There are no two pieces of cork exactly alike.

Tonight I am making a clam chowder, and I've made cinnamon rolls for dessert!

We were evil.

We had a pumpkin and sweet potato ( aka kumara) soup with a capful of Cointreau, fresh nutmeg and a dollop of cream.
