Pagan 2011

Thought I'd just start a thread now for us to begin thinking about next year's get together. Any thoughts yet?

Lilith 07-23-2010 09:07 AM

I'm doing 2012. I can't do it every year. Love you guys but I can only be with PF in drips and drabs :p

gekkogecko 07-23-2010 09:10 AM

Does that mean you start dripping when PF is around?

Oldfart 07-23-2010 09:24 AM

Yes, drabbit all!

NO! After YOU deciding Vegas in July was a good idea, you stay away from the dart board. ......................... FAR AWAY! :teleport:

Oldfart 07-25-2010 07:23 AM

I said it, Lil just took up the cause.

Lilith 07-25-2010 09:09 AM

I will be the cheerleader for Seattle 2011.

Aqua 07-25-2010 01:28 PM

Right now it is beautiful here... sunny with a high of 80. :)

Though it could very well be 60 and drizzling this time of year too. :p

PantyFanatic 07-25-2010 01:48 PM

Even nicer here with 76F (23C), sunny and bright with a gentle breeze.

I guess we'd have to find something to do indoors :hot:

Oldfart 07-25-2010 08:58 PM

Something in the Cleveland area, perhapes? Or, maybe something like Gettysburg or the Cumberland Gap? And, I think someone suggested Chattanooga, TN last year. Lots of possiblities. Even someplace like Rapid City, SD and Mt. Rushmore could be in the running.

Oldfart 07-26-2010 07:45 AM

Do we have a demographic map showing Pixie concentrations?

ShadowDancer 07-26-2010 04:56 PM

I'm all for Chattanooga! LOL...S'pecially since I know the area somewhat... *whistles innocently*

lafehubert 07-26-2010 06:44 PM

There's not much in Indianapolis but I'm sure we could think of something...

Chattanooga? Hmmmmmmmm......that would be a nice little ride from here. Plus I haven't been in the Aquarium and that's something I'd like to do.

The closest thing we have was the Pixie Civil Defense maps and they are FAR from complete. To begin, they only included members that 'requested' to be listed. They were used for a number of events where we had people who we were concerned about but after the initial assembly there was a void of listing requests from current and new members, so they soon fell out of date. After a number of *bumps* and no request from anyone for their use they were put on the shelf with other expired projects.

Oldfart 07-26-2010 11:08 PM

List it again as a PAGAN preparation exercise and see how many replies you get.

Please do not include any firing ranges around Washington State.

Aqua 07-26-2010 11:18 PM

PAGAN, SCHMAGAN.

Lil is coming to Seattle for LAGAN.

Lilith Arrives, Gets Aqua Naked :D

Lord Snow 07-27-2010 07:58 AM

Wouldn't that make it Lay Again? LOL

cellaphanepants 07-27-2010 12:33 PM

I am pretty sure I could get Summergirl to Seattle.

All I'd have to do is tell her we were visiting Forks, WA.

She is googoo over all of the Twilight stuff.

All I have to do is open the case to the Twilight DVD and she gets wet.

I actually enjoy it when she's reading one of the books. I know I'm gonna be having sex tonight.

I'd probably have to talk her into not having sex on the square in Forks, WA if we went. It would be hard to even talk her into the car, much less waiting for the hotel room.

There's the Speedway and two nearby racetracks. :) Been to the one north of Fishers and Noblesville (Hoosier Park). Had a great time. (Racetrack and casino combo). I guess the one on the SE side of Indy is even nicer, but we haven't been there.

For shopping there's the new and rather unique Hamilton County Mall (Outdoor mall)

Have a daughter and son-in-law that live there and could probably conjure up other attractions. :boink:

:)

We also like Chattanooga. That new Aquarium sounds fantastic. And, of course, there's the Civil War sites. Another good choice.

PF probably has the closest thing to a demographics list. That list he uses when a disaster strikes and area and he identifies who might be affected.

-----

Oops ... I guess PF already posted that. Me bad.

Lord Snow 07-27-2010 04:05 PM

Depending on financial status, I can probably hit pretty much anywhere in or around Tennessee. That's either Carolina, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia.....

ShadowDancer 07-27-2010 05:04 PM

the aquarium is TWO big buildings that takes a minimum of 2-3 hours to view all of it :) Me & the fam love it. There's "Jack's Alley" with a bunch of restaurants to choose from...Plus lots of other food places around. The Chickamauga Battlefields are close by for the history buffs..as well as Stone Mountain, GA; the Incline; and other such Civil War memorabilia type places/monuments. There's even a "preserved" monument on the side of the hill near my job here...called Boynton Park. There's a Drive-In theater about a 15-20 min drive just outside Chattanooga--a family friendly environment, but fun none the less. Plus, for those that would enjoy the walk through our downtown, we have a walking ghost tour complete with story tellers (Chattanooga Ghost Tours). The Chattanooga Duck tours (by duck boat) on the river and our own Southern Belle Riverboat.

dicksbro 07-28-2010 02:46 AM

^^^^^ Sounds pretty good to me. PF, what do you think?

Chattanoogie has long been a fave day trip for me, only 120 miles from Nashville. Also an excellent halfway point for trips to Atlanta, which makes the 'Noog a central point for 2 large well-known southern cities.

Personal fave tourist traps in the area include Ruby Falls (cool caving, but not for claustrophobics) and Lookout Mountain is another great Civil War hangout. Rock City I found overrated, & my acrophobia won't let me even look at the Incline :yikes:

And the TN Aquarium was tres cool when I visited last, if it's been improved it must be overwhelming now.

Lord Snow 07-31-2010 11:23 PM

Hey Scotz, if it ends up being being Chattanooga maybe this time we can actually run into each other.

scotzoidman 07-31-2010 11:35 PM

Gawd, I hope not...still haven't gotten my van repaired from the last person who ran into me.

dicksbro 08-01-2010 03:49 AM

If we told PF that they'd be holding their annual Summer "Panty" Festival, do you think he'd get excited about going?

Lord Snow 08-01-2010 10:59 AM

That's okay Scotz, I haven't fixed my car from hitting a deer.

osuche 08-04-2010 06:50 PM

I am going to stay quiet, as my track record sucks. But if I can make it, I will try.
