thoughts on women's height
 

yeah, i know shape,eyes,hair color,personality are the things we talk about but rarely see anything about the pros and cons of women's height. currently dating the first woman shorter than me and as far as height goes the main advantage is she makes me look better endowed. taller women always seemed to have 2 advantages in my eyes 1)when riding me their chests are mouth level and 2)when i was unsteady on my feet and i leaned on them it wasn't as obvious. now i realize this thread might seem extremely shallow but i'm curious if other guys have any thoughts on this subject.

my ideal woman is a pygmy... a short one.

I don't reallyl know why, but I seem to be attracted mainly to petite ladies. It's odd, there's no actual physical reason that I can put my fingure on, I think it's just that I find them cute. I'm a pretty large guy myself, and have a big feeling of being kind of a protector for them...
Which sounds pretty sexist and stupid, i know.
But, that's how I feel for some reason.

Never really thought much about height ... at least when it comes to being attractive or alluring. Probably for myself only, tend to like a woman either close to the guys height, or, somewhat shorter. Then, again, not sure that's even that important.

I am very tall and the only problem I find with short women is stand up sex is really hard on the knees to keep them bent that way...LMAO

LOL...Ya think.He failed to mention the other advantages none of which have to do with my height beleive me.He know's very well that there's alot more than that,i take damn good care of him lol.

For some reason;I have been; mostly interested;in taller women.
Women used to be more concious of their height;then now!My
wife is 5'8 1/2".She told me that when she was in school;not many;women were tall.She said that;she always;used to wish that she could have a few inchs;removed;between her knee&foot.
My oldest daughters;nickname;in High School;was Giraffe.She is at least;as tall as my wife.My youngest daughter is about 2/3";
shorter.They were both models tho.They are proportioned;to
their height!To me;it's the person;not their physical proportion!

Because we are talking about the height: I like taller women because I am tall, too. But some tall women are moving kinda spider-like; that is something that is not esthetic. So if the movement is a bit cat-like and self-conscious, everything is ok.
But, as Irish said, the person is the important part (although I always like looking, too).

i had this talk to janes sister she is taller than average for a woman and has trouble dateing even tho she is a knock out
i think a lot of it has to do with ego and pride
in ther minds the tall one is the domanant partner in the
relationship and before all the guy have a go at me its maybe the reason i tend to not date guys taller than me so iam as bad :o

I went out with a guy who was shorter than me. It was a disaster. NOT because of his height, but because he was SO self-conscious about it! All he talked about all night was his height, even after I told him that it was no big deal to me.

As far as physical attraction, I do find a man taller than me to be sexier - at first blush. But most of the guys I have been truly attracted to - I get to know them first, and then I start thinking they are attractive. So I think it really is the person inside.

People judge each other initially based on such superficial factors all the time. It's sad but true. How do you base opinions on the person inside when you just met the person...

AS IF I NEED TO ANSWER THE REASON I WAS WONDERING IS BECAUSE I HAD READ A POST ABOUT SOMEONE WHO MET A LADY HE WAS GOING TO TAKE TO A WEDDING AND THERE WAS SOME KIND OF THING ABOUT HER HEIGHT AND MEN IN GENERAL. IT MADE ME WONDER AS I NOTICE THAT IT SEEMS THE MAJORITY OF COUPLES THE MAN IS TALLER. PERSONALLY I SEE HEIGHT AS SOMEWHERE IN THE SAME CLASS AS HAIR COLOR. OBVIOUSLY THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS COMPATITABILITY. SPEAKING OF WHICH AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS A S/O WHO ACTS LIKE....WELL YOU'VE SEEN THE ABOVE.....OH WAIT AM I CYBER FIGHTING WITH MY LADY? :p
