No Pre-cum? Good/bad thing?

Just a simple question is pre-cum a good or bad thing because I don't have any pre-cum before I climax and I'm wondering is that a medical problem? or is it reverse where having pre-cum is a medical problem? Or is it neither?

Now i'm not talking about premature ejaculation.

I have never heard of it being any kind of medical condition whether you have precum or not. Hubby rarely has any and is just dandy. :)

Ummm...some men pre-cum some men don't....it's just one of those things in life...some women get wet some don't...and so on....

The formal definition of Pre-cum is "Cowper's fluid" which is developed in the Cowper's gland. This fluid prepares the Urethra for the passage of semen and neutralizes the pH of any residual urine. So it does serve a purpose. The amount that a male secretes varies from none to a large amount. There are conflicting results that determined whether this fluid contains sperm or not. So I wouldn't count on withdrawal as a way of birth control.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Try taking your time before climaxing. Tease yourself first. If you masturbate, stroke until just BEFORE you climax and stop. After doing this a few times, you just might see some pre-cum come out. If you climax too soon, you may never see it. This happens to me sometimes.

Men have two glands at the base of their penis called Cowper's glands. When some men become erect these glands secrete a drop or two of this slippery clear fluid, known as pre-seminal fluid, at the tip of the penis. Its function seems to be to neutralize the urethra to make the climate more conducive to sperm and therefore make pregnancy more likely. This is because the urethra has to convey both urine and semen at different times and they are opposites in pH level. The pre-seminal fluid appears to neutralize the acid environment in the urethra so that sperm are not killed. (The Cowper's gland fluid may also function as lubrication for intercourse).
Although this fluid is not semen, it can contain live sperm. There have been documented cases of women becoming pregnant even though they did not have intercourse.

Hmmmmm that's very interesting!! Never heard of the Cowpers gland. I myself produce quite a bit of precum. Would that be because I don't always allow myself to climax?
