Well having been a millitary wife, it reminded me of how much I cherished those reunions.

he's not military (i can see how that was implied now that i think about it). he's an evironmental eng. and his firm is international. they also get sub-contracted by the us gov to go in and clean up, build treatment plants, etc. he volunteered to go to iraq 'cause they would have trippled his salary and his life insurance (if anyhting were to happen). thank god they didn't get the contract. i read/hear about the insurgents going after the civilian contractors and thank ka every day he stayed here.

i'm not sure if that matters to everyone. besides, there are plenty of other stories to masturbate to out there for you. although i do get a thrill out of knowing people get off an a story i wrote, sometimes it's just about the writing, the story, and whether or not i am proud of my effort. (if that makes any sense)
