Hi: Moving my mileage up to 3 miles a day

Lo: Tornado sirens... I HATE THOSE

High: Celebrating my SO's 30th birthday....with cake and candles (totally surprised him).

I also hit 6,000 posts last night!

Low: Knowing I am leaving tomorrow for a long week of business travel

Hi: Losing 4.8 pounds this past week
Lo: Not getting in my 30 minute workout

highs: nothing about today could be a high

lows: not a great day at all, work, ex-wife, plans fell through and still have a headache..hopefully tomorrow will be better

high: Finally getting a Soulstripper on Everquest. If you don't know, don't ask as it will confuse you.

low: Same shit, Wednesday. Sulking around in my room with the full knowledge that I am going to die at a ripe old age alone.

Hi:Getting out the suit & dress shirt,that I bought,& had tailored,
last year,so that I'll have it for my mothers,eventual funeral!(She
wants to be buried,in Conn,next to my father!I have to go to a
wedding,in two wks,for a wifes friend.
Lo:Finding that the neck of the shirt,won't close & the jacket is
TOO tight.The shirt has an 18" neck!Evedently,opposite of Jenna-
flower,I have been exercising,too much!I don't even exercise,my
neck,because it is big,from previous gymnastics,anyway!I thought
that I was smart,by buying beforehand! Irish
