It is so sad that so many of these people get out to do it again.

I don't understand why this country lets these kind out, we have had stories here of crashs where it was their fifth time and this is crazy.
It is so sad that people can't learn to control themselves or get a "designated Key Master" or driver.........
Sad some never learn...
They always kill others and not themselves.
I am a fire fighter and part of a 911 rescue team and see this all the time on our hwys here in the SW, makes me sick. What really suck is geting to a MVA with a DOS and you know them and have to bag'em.
THIS SUCKS BIG TIME!
