It was warm outside in the spring sun, the song of birds complimented by the gentle rustling of the trees. Pushing the large oak door wide Father Glyndwr stepped into his church. Immediately the warmth turned to the cool stillness of peace and serenity. All morning the priest had been away on parish business and he longed just to sit down, kick off his shoes and relax. But he still had his parochial duties to perform. It was the reason he had returned to his church at this time, he had to be available to hear the confession of members of his congregation.
