Grandpa Smith is just returning from the shops with his wife and 18-year old grandson when they see the precariously parked ambulance.

"What in the World has happened to that ambulance?" Asks the 55-year old grandmother as they slowly approach it.

"I have no idea, Agnes." Her older husband says.

It is then they hear the cries.

"Harold! It's sounds like someone's in trouble. We have got to help them."

"Better stay back, Jason." Instructs the grandfather as he approaches the rear of the vehicle.

"Be careful, Harold. See how the ambulance is shaking? Someone could be being attacked in there." Observes the grandmother.

Taking a deep breath, the grey-haired man firmly grasps the door handles and gives a quick twists. Immediately the three of them are met with the sight of a naked man mounted on a big-breasted woman on a gurney, with another woman underneath.

Their sudden arrival goes practically unnoticed by the fucking couple, but not the woman lying on the floor who slowly turns her attentions to the old man...
