$2.98 where I filled yesterday. Most of the stations I saw were still over $3.

After the close of the market yesterday and the price of oil settled above S99.00, all the stations around here jumped from $3.09 to 3.19 even though they didn't get a fresh delivery and they were pumping what was in their tanks already paid for at ba much lower rate.

I saw $3.18 last night. I have a discount ticket good for 10cents off a gallon, I just might have to use it.

I paid $2.99/gal. today in Cedar Rapids after foolishly passing on the $2.93/gal. I could've paid here at home. For some reason the price was cheaper here than in Cedar Rapids this time around.

Going rate today was $2.91-$2.97 / Gal. as I drove around today.

It's anything they want, any place they want, any time they want. Has nothing to do with anythign but how greedy they feel at the moment.

Unleaded is $1.28/litre (places that have E10 are generally a couple of cents cheaper than unleaded)

$2.93 seemed to be the low around here yesterday ... all the way up to $3.09 at stations that didn't want to sell gasoline.

Yes E10 is 10% Ethanol which any car made in the last 10 year can run on. We are now seeing E85 in our area, which is 85% ethanol and if you have a FFV(flex fuel vehical) it will run on E85 or E10 or regular gas. And before any says anything about power with E10 or E85 all Indy race cars run on 98% ethanol. They do not run on 100% ethanol because they would then have to pay a liquor tax. We have a station in town that the straight gas is 87 octane and cost 10cents a gal more than the 89 octane which is E10.

I put E10 in my car, and notice absolutely no difference between it and normal unleaded...well except the price lol

I've heard of E85, we havent long had E10...not sure the government would permit higher ethanol content cause they couldn't tax it as high *L*
